We are pleased to announce that effective on April 15, 2009 the name of Hygiene-Technik Inc. will change.

Hygiene-Technik Inc. has been operating in North America for 31 years as part of the Ophardt Group of Companies.

The Ophardt Group of Companies has facilities in Germany, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, England and the Philippines. Sales and product development have been headquartered in Germany for our European and Middle East customers and in Canada for our North American, Latin American and Asian customers.

To better serve the needs of our customers, our group structure has been updated and we have created three new business units. These business units are:

• Ophardt Hygiene – Medical Focusing on customers whose primary need is for equipment and services that help to promote hygiene in medical facilities, food processing facilities and high tech manufacturing facilities.
• Ophardt Hygiene – Washrooms Focusing on customers whose primary need is for equipment and services that help to deliver durable, functional and attractive washrooms.
• Ophardt Hygiene – Technologies Focusing on customers whose primary need is for equipment and services that help them enhance their own product offering, by offering technology driven dispensing equipment, systems and components.

Since we intend to create recognition of our global products and services through a commonly recognizable brand, the name of Hygiene-Technik Inc. will change to Ophardt Hygiene Technologies Inc.

Ophardt Hygiene Technologies Inc. will still be the same company. The same dedicated engineers, customer service staff and production associates as always. Your contact persons for our products and services will not change.

A new website will be launched in a few months and we will inform you as soon as it is online. An intermediate website can be found at www.ophardt.com. In the mean time you can still access information about all of our products and services at www.gotoHTI.com.

The team in Canada, working for all three new business units, looks forward to serving the needs of our valued customers for another 31 years.
