Easy Product Development Process

1. Concept
   We start by learning about our customers needs. We ask questions and share ideas to create feedback. This can be arranged through meetings and/or video conferences through web browsers with live updates and demonstrations. Your ideas are enhanced by our experience and technical innovations.
2. Design
   Conceptual sketches are then created by our team of mechanical engineers and industrial designers that fit our customer’s needs. With our electronics/software partners we can fulfill all your needs with innovative solutions. Style and functionality are at the forefront of all our designs.
3. Virtual Models
   With the most advanced computer generated models we bring to life the design concept for review and analysis.
4. Prototype
   Once the design has been finalized we explore the preferred solution with a prototype. In-house rapid prototyping equipment enables us to provide real life hands on samples for evaluation and refinement. The preferred solution is then agreed upon.
5. Tooling
   Once the concept and prototype have been approved we source precision tooling, machinery and top quality components which will be used in the manufacturing process.
6. Manufacturing
